6th edition of the Venice Human Rights Festival - "Empathy: The World in Perspective" WHEN? Spazio Porto (ex chiesa di Santa Marta) - Venezia

The students of the European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratization (E.MA) will be hosting the Venice Human Rights Film Festival themed “Empathy: The World in Perspective”. It will be a space to participate in debate within the framework of human rights-related films, aimed at encouraging a wide audience to reflect about contemporary challenges and problems from different perspectives. Apart from film screenings, there will be room for panel discussions featuring the film directors and experts in the human rights field, as well as a play that will explore the limits of empathy by looking at the relations of families with different cultural backgrounds living together. Friday 11 December (19h00-23h00), Saturday 12 December (14h00-23h00) and Sunday 13 December (11h30-23h00)
