Does anyone else feel like daylight savings gave us an extra hour… to feel completely out of sync? 🤪 I love those autumn mornings and cozy early sunsets, but wow, my body clock has other ideas!

Here are a few things I’m doing to adjust (or at least try):

1. Chasing the Sunrise: That early morning light feels like a little gift this time of year. A few quiet moments with a warm drink, watching the world wake up, really helps me settle into the day.
2. Embracing the Cozy Factor: Earlier darkness just means more time for blankets, tea, and maybe a little champagne as the evening rolls in. 🍾 Cheers to slower nights!
3. Going Easy on Myself: It’s all about easing into the season, right? If the time change means a few extra yawns, I’ll just call it part of my autumn vibe.😅
