Wilmington Trapshooting Association's Polar Bear League starts tomorrow, Sunday, Jan 4! This year it'll be a bit different from past years. It'll be an 8 week league, with 6 weeks counting toward your total score with trophies for high shooters at the end. 🦃 A LOT going on this week folks! Kent County Gun Club has their annual pie shoot on Wednesday evening. Mack's Cedar Gun Club has their annual turkey shoot bright and early Thanksgiving morning, followed by Oxford Gun Club 's annual pie shoot the same day! Finally, on Black Friday, the annual Kent vs. Oxford (at OGC) club shoot takes place. I'm sure there are more, too! Feel free to comment on this post if your local to DE, MD, PA or NJ club has a trap shoot this week! 🦃

See you all tomorrow morning, 11/22/25, at SLCFSA (Quarryville) for our FINAL league shoot! Our award ceremony will take place immediately following the last squad. We will be having some great food made by Leda! Drinks will also be provided. We hope everyone can attend no matter how many shoots you participated in.

Happy Monday! Reminder: Carney Rod & Gun Club's winter league started yesterday. There was a large turn-out (as always) and it was a great day for trap shooting! All are welcome, it's a great club with GREEN targets! There's generally a nice banquet at the end of this league. Only 1 shoot has taken place so far, so if you're interested, there's plenty of time to join the league.
