Weird 'crack' or line in my new Malamute puppy's eye - has anyone seen this?

Hey everyone, hoping for a little advice or insight. We just brought home our new Alaskan Malamute puppy a couple of days ago. We got him from a local seller, and he's super sweet, but I've noticed something that's making me a little anxious. There's a very thin, straight line on the surface of one of his eyes. It almost looks like a tiny crack or a scratch. It doesn't seem to be bothering him—he's not squinting or pawing at it—but it's definitely there. We already have his first vet check-up scheduled for later this week, but my mind is just racing. I'm trying to tell myself not to panic, but it's hard when you're a new owner. Just wondering if anyone here has ever seen something like this before in a puppy? Is it something that can happen from playing, or could it be something more serious? Any thoughts would be really appreciated just to ease my mind until we can get him to the vet. Mac is always showing Dex love, whether through little nibbles or pure brotherly devotion. Dex returns the affection to Mac. Sometimes he does this by carefully placing Mac's entire head in his mouth without chomping down. Classic bestie moves from these.
