A reminder popped up on my phone just a few hours prior to the show and with my less than spontaneous personality , it was a challenge making a decision for us to go or stay put.

I like simple foods for 3 reasons:

● Easy to prepare
● Easily digestible
● I enjoy them

Bonus reason:

● Cooking isn't therapeutic for me as it may be for you.
