The biggest change... Robert Montague who was removed from the Transport and Mining Ministry. He will now operate from the Office of the Prime Minister as a Minister without Portfolio.

Prime Minister, Andrew Holness just moments ago declared a Zone of Special Operation, Zoso, in the Parade Gardens community of Central Kingston.

It comes following a spate of murders over the last few months in the division, to include the killing of a few children.
