Through all my readings on the booming g***a industry. It has been my understanding that legalizing g***a can cripple the black market for the herb. It came as a mild shock to me when I read an article that proclaimed otherwise. Apparently, legalization has caused a phenomenal spike in illegal g***a sales. Are the tax collectors being too greedy?
