Comparing "what's going on with you" with something that actually exists is a brilliant pattern because you might not see what's going on in your mind, but you'll sure get a clearer picture if you compare it to something that already exists and you know how it works.

And I thought comparing humans to seasons has a lot of similarities between the two of them.
