420mL Fresh Milk
2 Eggs
30mL Melted Butter
250g White Sugar
250g All-Purpose Flour
22g Baking Powder
13 drops Vanilla
Cheese
๐ฟ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
1. In a bowl combine flour & baking powder, mix. In another bowl combine egg, fresh milk, melted butter, vanilla & sugar. Mix well.
2. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients. Mix until free of lumps. Pour p**o mixture about 3/4 of the mold.
Arrange p**o molds in the steamer and put strips of cheese in each p**o mixture.
3. Cover and steam for 30 minutes. (Iโm using an electric steamer)
4. Put cheese on top 5 minutes before steaming is finished so it will have time to melt a bit.
