Some side dishes of Myanmar 🇲🇲

Fried Dried Tofu (တိုဖူးခြောက်ကြော်) is one of the traditional side-dishes from Northern Shan State, Myanmar which is made from yellow tofu (made with chickpeas powder). It was flattened and dried over the sun light.
Swun Tan (စွန်ထန်) is a sour soup which came from Yunnan, China but also consume in Northern Shan State, Myanmar.

Bing Fen (ပင်ဖိန်း/ Ice Jelly) is a dessert that come from border of Myanmar-China. Which is a very refreshing dessert with sweet & sour lime juice & ice jelly.
Grass Jelly Juice (ကျောက်ကျောမဲ) is a drink that contain jelly made from grass jelly plant & a juice mixture of Tragacanth Gum Herb & sugar syrup.

Kimbap, a seaweed roll with rice, meat, veggies.
Tteokbokki a spicy rice cakes & fish cakes with Korean chili paste.
Fish cake with soup.
Korean pork belly Bulgogi with lettuce.

Khao Puk : Traditional Food from Shan State, Myanmar

Khao Puk (ခေါပုတ် / ၶဝ်ႈပုၵ်း‎.) is a traditional food of Tai / Shan people of Myanmar. It's made from a steamed and pounded glutinous rice dressed with roasted sesame seeds. You can fry or grill for eating.
In this video, I tried the fried Khao Puk with a traditional mustard of Tai/ Shan people known as Phak Som (ဖတ်ဆုမ့်/ ၽၵ်းသုမ်ႈ).
