Alaska Airlines Boeing 737-990 landing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) after a short flight from Portland (PDX). This landing in summer 2023 captures a rare moment in Alaska’s fleet history. With the retirement of aircraft N309AS, Alaska Airlines no longer operates any standard 737-900s (non-ER). Only the Boeing 737-900ER remains in service.
