My common excuse is “Not now, I am busy.” Life is passing by every day, and I am getting older. I had been living in Japan for 5 years. I often say “Not now” and “I am busy,” and honestly, I hate studying Japanese seriously. I love Japan but it’s too hard and ridiculously difficult. I convince myself that I don’t need to learn Japanese because everyone helps me, or I wait for Japan to become like the USA and start speaking only English. Every time people ask me something in Japanese, I usually answer, “I don’t understand Japanese.”

In my workplace we dont communicate often as long as you can do the work properly then it’s ok.We really talk less.Many have suffered for more than 10 years to reach the level of a 3-year-old Japanese child. The traditional way of studying Japanese takes too much dedication and often ends in forgetting everything.

If you haven’t tried a non-traditional way—without grammar, without kanji, focusing only on your listening and speaking skills—you have a chance to finally communicate in Japanese.

✅️1. Develop ur skills. ( equip urself, learn new, specially in areas u dont excel lalo na if plan mo mag change category). *baking,japanese language,elderly care(maganda ang offer for careworker at the moment dito sa Japan)*

✅️2. Finish ur Contract(trainee visa)(3-5 yrs)

✅️3. Maghanap ka ng employer na kayang bayaran ang skills mo. . (makakahanap makakademand ka pag nagawa mo ang number 2 )

✅️4. Mostly Ang mga Workers na may skills ay hindi pumapayag ang agency na basta ka na lang offeran ng employer ng Minimum Na sweldo. . . hindi ka imamatch or ipapa interview sa employer na makunat bayaran ang skills mo.. .

✅️5. It depends on your luck. may mga swerteng dmo naman hinanap pero Galante talaga ang among natagpuan mo . .

✅️6. minsan nakadepende sa location ng amo. (financial capability) .
