天然氷 蔵元八義

八ヶ岳の自然がつくる天然氷。🧊
八ヶ岳の天然水を使い、
自然の寒さだけで2週間以上かけてゆっくりと凍らせる。
時間をかけて作られた氷は、
驚くほど透明で溶けにくく
飲み物本来の味を薄めにくいのが特徴です。
温暖化によって年々作ることが難しくなっている、
日本に残る天然氷の文化。

📍Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan
Kuramoto Yatsuyoshi Natural Ice
Natural ice shaped by the nature of the Yatsugatake Mountains. 🧊
Made with natural water from Yatsugatake,
the ice is slowly frozen for more than two weeks using only the cold of winter.
The result is incredibly clear, slow-melting ice
that helps preserve the original flavor of your drink.
As winters grow warmer, producing natural ice is becoming more difficult each year,
making this a precious tradition that still remains in Japan.

📍熊本・鍋ヶ滝
水がカーテンのように流れ落ちる景色がとても綺麗でした！
本来は滝の裏側を歩くこともできる場所ですが、
僕が訪れた時は残念ながら通ることができず…。
またいつかリベンジしたい場所です。😭🙏

📍Nabegataki Falls, Kumamoto
This was one of the places I really wanted to visit in Kumamoto.
It was even more impressive in person,
with the water falling like a beautiful curtain. 🌿
Normally, you can walk behind the waterfall,
but unfortunately it wasn’t accessible when I visited.
Definitely a place I’d love to come back to someday.

阿蘇で見つけた、まるで蛇のように曲がりくねった道🐍
この場所には「あそBo-郷」というキッチンカーもあり、
阿蘇の景色を眺めながら軽食を楽しむことができます☺️
