‼️‼️[GAME IS NOW RELEASED!]‼️‼️
Very first commercial game (demo) is finally released today! The game is not yet complete and may have bugs. If you encounter any, please let me know. The next update will probably be around next week, and it will include fixes and improvements.

A brief description of the game: The Commuter is a Filipino game set in Manila, where you experience the struggle of commuting. There will be random events and choices you must make.

Your ultimate goal is to save enough money to buy your own car and solve your commuting problems.

Rank Approval, a new game by Pix Studios, is coming soon!

Inspired by Papers, Please, this game brings a unique take on the genre. While there’s no official release date yet, it won’t be free—but we’ll be offering a free demo so you can check it out first.

Available only for Windows and Mac.

Pix Studios, is releasing two free Android games on the Google Play Store.

1️⃣ The first is Sakura Hall: Chapter 1, a remake of our mystery visual novel with elements of romance and drama. This updated version features major gameplay improvements designed specifically for Android users.

2️⃣ The second game, Jun-jun the Filipino Call Center, is a horror simulation. Players follow a maintenance worker doing routine checks on every floor of a building, unaware that a mysterious entity lurks nearby, playing unsettling games with the elevators.

Both games will also be available for Windows and Mac on our itch.io page. Additionally, we’re working to bring our games—and future prototypes—to Steam, ensuring we release quality-made games across more platforms.

💵For our upcoming commercial games, Pix Studios plans to use the funds we earn to make a difference. We’ll split the revenue, donating a portion to support hungry children and those in need, as we strive to give Pix Studios a meaningful purpose beyond game development.💵

[ACHIEVEMENT WORK IN-PROGRESS]

My game development company, PiX Studios, is expanding to the Google Play Store. Our goal is to create casual and visual novel games that are free to play, offering engaging entertainment without charging our audience. We aim to develop games that anyone can enjoy, while competing with popular titles like Candy Crush Saga, Angry Birds, and more.

I'm planning to release these games in the first quarter of 2025, starting with two casual games that will be available exclusively for Android users.

⚓I just made the most useless game ever, and it only took 3 hours! Honestly, I have no clue why I created a game where you just click a button, get points, and somehow earn more time to... click more buttons. It’s guaranteed to not be entertaining, but weirdly enough, it’s still kinda fun? Anyway, I’m totally using this for my game dev portfolio, so here’s the masterpiece. Enjoy... or don't, I’m not judging! ⚓

The game is free—of course I made it free! There's absolutely no reason for you to pay for such a useless game, right?

In the heart of Manila's bustling call centers, the elevators hide a chilling secret. A young child, who once frequented these very lifts, mysteriously vanished years ago and is now a spectral presence, trapped between floors.

Stay vigilant: check behind you for signs of the ghostly child, feel for unsettling shakes that signal his presence, and listen intently for the soft, eerie sound of breathing that warns he is near.

New version is To Be Announced Soon!
(What To Expect in v0.1.4?)

With a lot of changes and new content, we are calling this update the Job System Update (v0.1.4). This update is significant, as you are now able to play mini-games to earn yourself some cash; currencies are now available in the game. You need cash to buy gifts for your preferred girl in the story. But be careful! Giving gifts to a specific girl may create jealousy among other girls in the game.

Random story events have also been added, along with a story route option in your first playthrough. 'Sakura Hall' is going to have multiple routes and endings. Additionally, numerous bug fixes and additional changes have been implemented.

As for the game engine update, we have decided to stick with the Ren'py Engine for a little while in later versions. Stay tuned for more updates!

In recent months, we've encountered tough challenges in keeping our project going. This was mainly because our development team had to deal with problems related to COVID-19. But, despite these difficulties, we didn't give up. We received support from another game development team facing similar challenges, called Timeleap Interactive. They teamed up with us to work on our project.

The exciting part is that not only did our project turn out to be a success, but I also got to make new friends along the way. Our progress was so significant that we decided to merge our two game development teams into one. So, now we're a single team, and we're still known as Pix Studios.

The official version release is out for Sakura Hall v0.1.3.

The long wait is over, as new content has been released, and to clarify, the previous version was remade into a different category of storyline. We transitioned from Adult Content to Mystery Genre content.

The synopsis of the story:
You were separated from your childhood friend when you were younger after a tragic incident. Now you've heard that your childhood friend goes to Sakura University since it's been her lifelong dream to study there. Now it's up to you to investigate which one is the real her; her appearance could have changed, but her personality and attitude remain. Keep track of notes, and analyze each and every personality of the female students at Sakura University, and you'll soon know which one is your real childhood friend, to be united again.
