Some mornings feel softer than others.
The sky is quiet, the river is still,
and it feels like the world is giving you space
to breathe… to think… to move.

Today was one of those runs where I didn’t chase pace.
I just let my feet find their rhythm
and let my mind settle into the calm.

There’s something honest about running alone at sunrise —
the kind of honesty that reminds you
you really can make it on your own.
In your own time.
In your own way.
At your own pace.

And somehow, that’s enough.
More than enough.
