WELCOME TO OKINAWA!🇵🇭🏝️🇯🇵
The very first ISIP of FETJ happened in the beautiful island prefecture of Okinawa!
ISIP (Intercultural Study and Immersion Program) is a program launched by the FETJ (Filipino English Teachers in Japan), an organization founded by Ms. Aurora Dobashi to bring Filipino teachers from all over Japan together for cultural learning, professional development, friendship and to build lasting ties.
We were blessed to welcome Filipino educators from Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Nagano, Toyama, Hamamatsu, Kyoto, Okayama, and Okinawa to learn from each other, experience Okinawan culture, build friendships, and celebrate the community we are building as educators in Japan.
And we are incredibly proud to announce that OKINAWA IS NOW THE NEWEST CHAPTER OF FETJ IN JAPAN!
With the leadership of our FETJ-Global Okinawa Chapter President, Mr. Joseph Jerome Sanchez, we are dedicated to creating a community that is by teachers, for teachers - a community where educators can share their experiences, learn from one another, celebrate achievements, and support each other through the realities of teaching and living abroad.
FETJ-Global Okinawa Chapter will be bringing you seminars, workshops, trainings, and professional development activities to support educators as they continue to learn, grow, and become the best educators they can be.
Because FETJ is more than just an organization.
It is about people. It is about connection. It is about community.
To all Filipino educators and fellow educators in Okinawa, we invite you to join this growing family!
Follow the official page of Filipino English Teachers in Japan for more information, announcements, and updates.
SEE YOU AT OUR UPCOMING EVENTS SOON! 🇵🇭🏝️🇯🇵
