1ハレルヤ。
わたしたちの神をほめ歌うのはいかに喜ばしく
神への賛美はいかに美しく快いことか。
2主はエルサレムを再建し
イスラエルの追いやられた人々を集めてくださる。
3打ち砕かれた心の人々を癒し
その傷を包んでくださる。
4主は星に数を定め
それぞれに呼び名をお与えになる。
5わたしたちの主は大いなる方、御力は強く
英知の御業は数知れない。
6主は貧しい人々を励まし
逆らう者を地に倒される。
7感謝の献げ物をささげて主に歌え。
竪琴に合わせてわたしたちの神にほめ歌をうたえ。
8主は天を雲で覆い、大地のために雨を備え
山々に草を芽生えさせられる。
9獣や、烏のたぐいが求めて鳴けば
食べ物をお与えになる。
10主は馬の勇ましさを喜ばれるのでもなく
人の足の速さを望まれるのでもない。

1真心から、主をほめたたえましょう。
2 私は一生涯、主を賛美し、
生きているかぎり、私の神に賛美の歌を歌います。
3 人の助けをあてにしてはいけません。
どんなに偉大な指導者も、頼りにはならないのです。
4 人はみな死ぬ運命にあるからです。
呼吸が止まり、いのちの火が消えた瞬間に、
その人の人生の計画は、すべて無になるのです。
5 しかし、神の助けをあてにし、
主に望みを置く人は幸せです。
6 主は、天と地と海と、
その中のいっさいのものをお造りになりました。
どんな約束でも守り抜き、
7 貧しい人や虐待されている人に公平なさばきを保証し、
飢えた人には食べ物をお与えになるお方です。
主は囚人を解放し、
8 盲人の目を開き、
身をかがめている人の重荷を取り除かれます。
主は正しい人を愛しておられます。
9 主は外国人の権利を守り、
孤児や未亡人を支えますが、
その一方、悪者の計画をくつがえされます。
10 エルサレムよ。

19Atunci pentru ce este Legea? Ea a fost adăugată din pricina călcărilor de lege, până când avea să vină „Sămânța”, căreia Îi fusese făcută făgăduința; și a fost dată prin îngeri, prin mâna unui mijlocitor. 20Dar mijlocitorul nu este mijlocitorul unei singure părți, pe când Dumnezeu este unul singur. 21Atunci oare Legea este împotriva făgăduințelor lui Dumnezeu? Nicidecum! Dacă s-ar fi dat o Lege care să poată da viața, într-adevăr, neprihănirea ar veni din Lege. 22Dar Scriptura a închis totul sub păcat, pentru ca făgăduința să fie dată celor ce cred, prin credința în Isus Hristos. 23Înainte de venirea credinței, noi eram sub paza Legii, închiși pentru credința care trebuia să fie descoperită. 24Astfel, Legea ne-a fost un îndrumător spre Hristos, ca să fim socotiți neprihăniți prin credință. 25După ce a venit credința, nu mai suntem sub îndrumătorul acesta. 26Căci toți sunteți fii ai lui Dumnezeu prin credința în Hristos Isus. 27Toți care ați fost botezați pentru Hristos v-ați îmbrăcat cu Hristos. 28Nu mai este nici iudeu, nici grec; nu mai este nici rob, nici slobod; nu mai este nici parte bărbătească, nici parte femeiască, fiindcă toți sunteți una în Hristos Isus. 29Și dacă sunteți ai lui Hristos, sunteți „sămânța” lui Avraam,
moștenitori prin făgăduință.
