Make Time For God Each Day

Life gets busy, and it is so easy to let the day slip by without spending time with God. But our relationship with Him grows when we make Him a priority, not when we give Him whatever time is left over. Taking even a few quiet moments each day to pray, read Scripture, or simply sit in His presence refocuses our hearts and reminds us of what truly matters. God longs to meet with you daily, to guide you, strengthen you, and fill you with peace. Start small, stay consistent, and watch how your faith deepens when you give Him the best of your time.

Be Grateful For God’s Simple Blessings

Sometimes we get so focused on what we want or what we lack that we forget to appreciate the little things God has already given us. The sunlight on your face, the laughter of a loved one, the breath in your lungs, and the peace in quiet moments are all gifts from Him. Prepare Your Heart For God To Work

God desires to move in our lives, but our hearts must be ready to receive His work. Preparing your heart is about creating space for Him, clearing away distractions, and keeping your focus on His presence. You can do this by seeking Him daily in prayer, spending time in His Word, and allowing His Spirit to shape you.

Here are eight simple ways to prepare your heart:

1. Spend daily time in prayer, talking honestly with God.
2. Read and meditate on Scripture with an open heart.
3. Confess sin and seek forgiveness to keep your heart clean.
4. Practice gratitude by thanking God for His blessings.
5. Worship regularly to keep your focus on Him.
6. Serve others with love and humility.
7. Trust God’s timing and let go of control.
8. Surround yourself with godly community for encouragement and accountability.
