Hey everyone, this post is a bit different it’s not about Japan this time, it’s about me.

I’ve been working out regularly for a while now because I want to be fitter and stronger for my travels around Japan. When I started, I was 99kg (first photo). Today I’m 93kg (second photo) and feeling a lot better for it. The third photo is my workout schedule three sessions a week, and I’ve managed to keep it up for months.

Turning 40 gave me a bit of a wake-up call to start looking after myself properly. I’m not getting any younger, and I want to make sure I can keep doing all the things I love especially exploring Japan.

It’s not about being perfect, just about making progress and feeling good.

Thanks so much to everyone who follows this page and supports what I do it honestly means a lot. The Japan content will be back to normal after this post, but I wanted to share a bit of my own journey for once. 🇯🇵💪
