Hello everyone, I’m Autumn, a 3rd-year student studying Japan-in-Asia Cultural Studies at Nagoya University. I recently joined 4thWAVE as an intern, and I am looking forward to learn more about researching and website management!
I come from Vietnam, and I’ve always been passionate about exploring how different cultures connect — and I believe tourism is a powerful way to do that. At my university, I am particularly interested in topics like gender, culture, communications, and society. Beyond such matters, I have had a great interest in public relations, project management, and marketing throughout my extracurricular activities. For such, I believe my experience is valuable in contributing to the company, and I am eager to learn more about these fields as I work more at 4thWAVE.
I’m so excited to join this internship, where I hope to grow my research and writing skills, learn more about sustainable cruise tourism, and help create meaningful travel experiences.

皆さん、こんにちは。名古屋大学で「アジアの中の日本文化研究」を専攻している3年生のトゥです。このたび、4thWAVEのインターンとして参加することになり、リサーチやウェブサイト運営についてもっと学べることを楽しみにしています！
私はベトナム出身で、異なる文化がどのようにつながっているのかを探ることに情熱を持ってきました。そして、観光はそのつながりを深める強力な手段だと信じています。大学では、ジェンダー、文化、コミュニケーション、社会といったテーマに特に関心があります。また、広報、プロジェクトマネジメント、マーケティングといった分野にも課外活動を通じて強い関心を持ってきました。これまでの経験を活かし、会社に貢献できると信じていますし、4thWAVEでさらに多くを学びたいと考えています。

皆さん、こんにちは！東京国際大学でデジタルビジネス＆イノベーションを専攻している2年生のPoozhithara Riza Riyasです。現在、Fourthwaveでインターンをしています！

私はインドのケララ出身で、アートやコンテンツ制作、異文化の探求に情熱を注いでいます。幼い頃から絵を描くことで自分を表現することが好きで、それがやがてデジタルコンテンツの制作へと発展し、ストーリーテリングを通して人々とつながるようになりました。

大学では、マーケティング、ビジネス戦略、デジタル技術のスキルを磨いてきました。特に、ソーシャルメディアやデジタルツールがどのように文化の架け橋となり、有意義なエンゲージメントを生み出すかに興味があります。国際的な環境で学ぶことは、創造的にも個人的にも私を成長させてくれました。

Hi everyone! I’m Poozhithara Riza Riyas, a second-year student at Tokyo International University majoring in Digital Business & Innovation. I’m currently an intern at Fourthwave!

I’m originally from Kerala, India, and I’m passionate about art, content creation, and exploring different cultures. From a young age, I loved expressing myself through drawing, which eventually evolved into creating digital content and connecting with people through storytelling.

At university, I’ve been developing my skills in marketing, business strategy, and digital technology. I’m especially interested in how social media and digital tools can bridge cultures and create meaningful engagement. Studying in an international environment has helped me grow both creatively and personally.

Hello everyone, peace be upon you.
I’m Md Nurul Huda Niloy, proudly from Bangladesh, currently studying at Yamanashi Gakuin University in the heart of Japan.
Now, you might ask, “Why Japan?”
Well, to borrow the words of the great poet and Sufi Rumi:
“The heart knows the way. Run in that direction.”
And I did. I packed my bags, followed my heart, and ran straight into Mount Fuji’s shadow.
I have a soft spot for words—the quieter, the better.
Poetry is my way of turning calmness into chaos.
Sometimes, I try my hand at Shodō (Japanese calligraphy).
Let’s just say the brush doesn’t always agree with me.
But I keep going. After all, as one of my poem lines goes:
“Even broken ink can still write the truth.”
When I’m stressed?
I don’t yell.
I don’t run.
I cook.
And yes, people around me say I’m a good cook.
I like to think I’m not feeding people. I’m feeding stories.
A little salt, a little spice, a little soul.
I also believe in standing with the oppressed.
Not because it’s easy. But because it’s right.
One of my poems puts it this way:
“In the silence of injustice, even a whisper of truth roars like thunder.”
So that’s me.
Poetry in my pocket. Spices in my hand. A heart that runs toward meaning.

フォースウェーブで長期インターンシップをしている、上智大学外国語学部3年の水谷仁美です！大学ではスペイン語を学んでいます。将来はスペイン語を生かした仕事をしたいと思っています。🌍

株式会社フォースウェーブでインターンをしている早稲田大学のKimmyです。私は教養学部に所属しており、毎日様々なテーマについて勉強しています！SDGsは社会的課題に関連するすべてのトピックの共通点であるため、SDGsに興味を持つようになりました。

インターンシップを通して、SNSやウェブ開発の知識を広げることができました。現在、Webサイトのプロジェクトに携わっていますが、デザインやコーディングを通して新しい問題解決方法を学ぶことができます。

自分のスキルを人のために活かせるように頑張っていきたいです！

My name is Kimmy from Waseda University and I am an intern at Fourth Wave. I am a member of the Liberal Arts Department and study various topics every day! I became interested in the SDGs because they are the common denominator of all topics related to social issues.

Through my internship, I was able to expand my knowledge of social networking and web development. I am currently working on a website project, and through designing and coding I am learning new ways to solve problems.

みなさんこんにちは、フォースウェーブでインターンをしている、現在慶應義塾大学3年生の庄田です！
中学3年生の頃にイギリスとアメリカに留学し、世界中の方々に囲まれて生活してきました。未知の人々や文化や慣習と常に隣り合わせだったため、今でも新しい発見や気づきを目の前にすると、いつも好奇心をくすぐられます。
大学入学と同時に日本に帰国し、今まで私とは縁のなかった領域で活躍する人たちとの出会いがたくさんありました。私はつい最近まで自身の研究したい分野や、本当に関心のある分野を探していましたが、先日から多文化共生学のゼミに所属し、国境を越えて世界中の人々とのコミュニケーションを通じた社会問題の解決に向けた取り組みを行っています。

Hello everyone! I'm Shoda, currently a third-year student at Keio University and an intern at Fourthwave!
When I was in my third year of junior high school, I studied abroad in the UK and the US, and since then I've been living surrounded by people from all over the world. Being constantly exposed to unfamiliar people, cultures, and customs has kept my curiosity alive, and even now, I get excited whenever I encounter new discoveries or insights.
I returned to Japan when I entered university, and I've had the chance to meet many people working in fields I had never been connected to before. Until recently, I was still searching for the field I truly wanted to study and was passionate about. Now, I’ve joined a seminar on multicultural coexistence, where we work on tackling social issues through communication that crosses national borders and connects people around the world.
If I had to describe my area of interest, it would probably be peace and happiness that can be created through global interactions. I’ll be using this account to share updates about the company’s activities along with my own thoughts and perspectives, so I hope you’ll stop by and take a look!

みなさんこんにちは、フォースウェーブでインターンをしている早稲田大学の前田です！
幼少期に3年半ドイツで過ごした経験から、物事を世界の視点で考えるようになりました。最初は言語や文化が全く分からず、ただ皆と通じ合いたいという一心で新しい環境に飛び込みましたが、その思いが多様な文化的背景を理解するきっかけとなり、世界中に友人を作ることができました。
日本に帰国後も高校卒業までインターナショナルスクールに通い、異なるバックグラウンドを持つ人々と共に過ごすことで、固定観念にとらわれることなく、常にオープンマインドでいることが自分の強みとなりました。
将来的には日本にとどまらず、日本と世界を繋ぐ架け橋として活躍するためにも、今は積極的に様々なことに挑戦し、経験や知識の幅を広げられるような活動をしています。

皆さんこんにちは、フォースウェーブでインターンをしている法政大学の張です。日本のアニメと美しい自然に憧れ、新たな生活を始めるため来日しました。大学ではSDGs（持続可能な開発目標）に関連する社会・環境・経済・政策の分野を学んでいます。日々、気候変動や貧困格差など多様な課題に直面しながら、文献調査やフィールドワークを通じて解決策を探求しています。

フォースウェーブでのインターンシップを通じ、クルーズ産業の特性や観光について専門知見を深めております。特にデジタルマーケティングの実践をできる事はとても楽しく感じます。

皆さんこんにちは、フォースウェーブでインターンをしている筑波大学の関です！

中高生時代から英語の勉強が好きで世界の文化に興味を持ったことから、現在所属している国際総合学類に進学しました。そして、大学2年生のときにはフィリピンで5週間の語学研修を経験しました。現在は、文化人類学ゼミで主に観光人類学について学んでいます。さらに、フランス語や中国語、マレー語、インドネシア語など、さまざまな言語を学ぶことに楽しさを感じており、今後も言語を通じて多様な文化について深く知識を深めていきたいと考えています！

また、フォースウェーブでの業務を通じて、クルーズや観光、マーケティングについての新しい知識を得ることができ、SNS運営や動画編集などのスキルも学んでいます！

Hello everyone, I am a student at the University of Tsukuba, an intern at 4thwave!

I have enjoyed studying English since I was in a junior high school, and my interest in world cultures led me to study at the college of International Studies. Also, I experienced a five-weeks language training in the Philippines in my second year of the university. Currently, I am studying mainly tourism anthropology in the cultural anthropology seminar. Furthermore, I enjoy learning various languages such as French, Chinese, Malay, and Indonesian, and I would like to continue to deepen my knowledge of diverse cultures through languages!

Through my work at 4thwave, I have also gained new knowledge about cruises, tourism, and marketing. Moreover, I am learning skills like social network management and video editing!
