This has been suchhhhh an adjustment. So many things you have to do when you move cross country. Between shipping my car, getting car insurance, health insurance, car registration, California drivers license, getting Philly established at a vet, finding a DRESSER, furniture, grocery shopping without a car, figuring out the roads…….. road safety……. There’s been so much. But I’m adapting, and this is my dream !!!!!

I’ve had LA on my vision board forever, whether it was photos of Erewhon or palm trees or 90215 or Hollywood sign, it’s been on my vision board. And now I’m here. I can’t believe it!!

At the same time, I don’t have a community here. I know some people, but equally I feel lonely. I am craving some socialization 🤗

Should I continue this series?? My roommates seem to enjoy it, and I definitely do 😋

RECIPE BELOW!

I’ve been traveling so much that my skin has been very confused, super dry and dehydrated which always causes acne on my cheeks and jawline.

My body reacts very well to rice, which has so many benefits like hydration, moisture, soothing irritation, and light exfoliation.

You can cook the rice all the way to make a sticky smooth texture, or leave it a bit lumpy for exfoliation.

A little Philly update 🐾

As you guys know, Philly has FeLV (feline leukemia) so keeping an eye on his health is extra important 🖤🐈‍⬛

So we use PrettyLitter | Cat Litter because the litter changes color based on his urine, which gives me an easy check-in on his health!

AND Philly begged me to make a JELLY OF HIM using the PrettyLitter colors 💙💜🧡🩷🩵

Cats are really good at hiding when something’s wrong, so this litter will tell me if he’s sick before Philly tells me 😌

ITS OFFICIAL!!!
I signed adoption papers for Philly, and we are moving to LA!!! This is a VERY scary and exciting time in my life. Thank you to all of the kind messages for us!
