DO NOT JUDGE
BRING PEACE AND UNITY 🕊️❤️
📖 Matthew 7:1–5 (KJV)
“Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.”
📌 Sometimes we judge others because of our own insecurities, pagod, pride, hurt, or misunderstandings. It is easy to notice the faults of others, but sometimes we fail to see the “puwing” in our own eyes.
Jesus reminds us to examine ourselves first before pointing out the mistakes of others. We are called to correct one another with love, humility, and understanding—not with condemnation.
📖 James 4:11–12
“Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law… There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?”
✅ As Christians, we are called to live in love, peace, and unity through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Instead of responding with revenge, anger, or bitterness, let us choose forgiveness and allow God to handle the situation.
📖 Romans 12:19
“Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”
When someone has offended or hurt us, Jesus gave us a better way to respond:
📖 Matthew 18:15
“Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.”
Instead of talking about someone behind their back or spreading the issue to others, go to the person privately and talk with love and humility. The goal is not to win an argument, but to gain our brother or sister and restore the relationship.
📖 Luke 6:31 (MBB05)
“Gawin ninyo sa inyong kapwa ang nais ninyong gawin nila sa inyo.”
❤️ Love your neighbor as yourself.
📌 GOSSIP IS LIKE A FIRE.
One small word can spread quickly and hurt many people. That is why we should be careful with what we say.
📖 Ephesians 4:29
“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying…”
Let’s speak grace. Let’s speak words that encourage, heal, and build others up.
Before talking about someone, pray for them first. Before judging someone, try to understand them first.
Before reacting, ask the Holy Spirit to guide your heart and your words.
📌 GOD KNOWS EVERY HEART.
We may not know what someone is going through. We may only see their actions, but God sees the heart, the struggles, the intentions, and the whole story.
So instead of speaking negatively about others, let’s speak life.
Instead of creating division, let’s bring peace.
Instead of judging, let’s show grace.
Instead of holding grudges, let’s choose forgiveness.
Instead of tearing one another down, let’s build each other up.
📖 John 7:24
“Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.”
Let us ask the Lord for wisdom and guidance so that we can see people through His eyes and respond according to His Word.
🙏 God speaks to us because He wants us to live according to His ways.
Let us remember His Golden Rule:
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
📖 Luke 6:31
May we be people who bring love instead of hatred, peace instead of conflict, unity instead of division, and grace instead of judgment.
God bless everyone! 🙌🙏😇
