Obviously there are congressmen, DPWH officials, and contractors who are guilty. But the Spouses Discaya are clearly angling to become STATE WITNESS. Para di sila makulong. We know they are capable of lying (just go back to their campaign period videos and posts).

Today in the Senate hearing, I noticed many inconsistencies in their statement. Yung pinaka obvious na lang munang halimbawa ng kasinungalingan--

🔴 Sabi ni Mistermind Curlee "2-3% lang" ng contract cost ang kita nila kada project.. "swerte na" daw kung 5%. Sa ibang project lugi pa daw sila (wow).
- Taliwas ito sa statement nila sa isang interview, kung saan sinabi nilang bilyonaryo sila at nasa "11 digits" na daw ang pera nila. Meaning AT LEAST ₱10 BILLION...
- Dahil PAANO KA MAGIGING BILYONARYO NA GANUN SA 2-3% PROFIT?

Presidente na mismo ang nakakita sa ghost project nila. Sinong gagawa ng ganun kalaking krimen para sa 2-3% na kita? Wag tayong magpauto sa mga paawa effect nila... Wala daw silang magawa??

The challenge is now how to sift through the half-truths and attempts to mislead us, not only of the spouses discaya but of everyone involved.

Tokyo Metro, magbibigay ng 315 LAPAD sa gustong mag-aral abroad

Ayon sa news na ito, naglabas ng pahayag ang governor ng Tokyo Metropolitan na magbibigay sila ng financial support para sa mga university student na gustong mag-ryugaku or mag-aral abroad.

Ang support na ibibigay nila ay 90 lapad para sa tuition fee, then travel expenses at pati ang living expenses na aabot in total sa mahigit 315 LAPAD.

Ang applicant ay dapat na resident ng Tokyo, university student na below 30 yrs old ang age, at may planong mag-aral abroad for a period of more than 4 weeks to 1 year.

Nais nilang mabigyan ng support ang 500 applicants in shor term study period at 100 applicant for long term study period. Ang application ay maaaring mag-start daw ng December this year.
