On June 27th, 2026, the 2nd Ichiro DREAM FIELD DAY was held at MUFG Stadium (National Stadium) in Tokyo 🏟️

Children were divided into groups and got to experience three different sports — baseball, soccer, and track & field — with legendary athletes as their coaches.

And the most unforgettable moment for my daughter was to play catch with Ichiro! ⚾️✨

The tricky part of fouetté: keeping the working leg straight throughout the turn.

It may look simple when some dancers make it look effortless, but it actually requires so many things working together 🥺 a strong axis, stable hips, core control, turnout, and the ability to keep the leg extended while rotating.

A bent knee during the turn can come from many things: too much tension in the toes, leaning forward, arm placement, or losing stability in the supporting leg.

It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. Still working on it, one step at a time 💪🏻✨

My daughter decided to stop taking piano lessons after nearly three years because cheer has kept her so busy. Piano will always be there whenever she wants to start again 😊

She always played so carefully, and I loved watching her play. ❤️ Sometimes she cried because she couldn’t practice as much as she wanted, but she never gave up. I’m so proud of everything she accomplished. 🎹

She made mistakes and stopped during practice, but she played it perfectly in the actual performance! She’s so good under pressure—just like in cheer! ✨

She also played an Animal Crossing theme ♪
