Wherever I go, he goes💚

Picked up all the bounties at Galaxy's Edge yesterday including this new Grogu jetpack sipper, got to rides saw some new Mandalorian adventures on Smuggler's Run, and ran into some some new but familiar faces around Batuu while also meeting some new droids.

Still have yet to try Grogu mode on Smuggler's Run. Has anyone done it??

Before May 4th, there was May 25th- the day Star Wars (later titled episode IV - A New Hope) was released for the first time in theaters. Crazy to think next year will be 50 years of Star Wars and with it still being Star Wars month in our household, it got me thinking about the time I randomly found an entire box set of the originally trilogy in someone trash pile (yes, if you know me I have been known to sometimes be a scavenger😆)

Finding this box set was extra special to me bc it happened to be the same version that my friend loaned me the first time I ever REALLY watched the trilogy. Before that I had only seen it in bits and pieces on TV and when my friend found out that I hadn't really seen it in its entirety, she insisted I borrow her tapes immediately. I spent the next month or two watching the trilogy over and over, even playing it in the background while I did my homework. You could definitely say from that point on I was hooked and the rest is history.

Sorry I'm not home right now... I'm at the Sphere watching No Doubt!! 🕸️🕷️🍊

I remember how inspired I was the first time I learned that Gwen used to make a lot of the outfits she performed in. Realizing that I had permission to chop up a tank top or add studs to something gave me so much creative freedom when it came to fashion, so it would only make sense that I make something new to go watch No Doubt at the Sphere.

The hardest part of making this skirt was finding the right patterns that would go together, but overall it was a fairly straightforward project. The necklace was literally an idea I had the day before my flight so I'm glad that worked out and I was able to 3D print it out pretty quickly.

Watching them live again (2nd time for ND but had seen Gwen solo 3xs) was incredible. The energy from them, the audience, the screen, and the music - it was like my soul felt healed from seeing them live again. 🥹

Also make sure to check out the free No Doubt Experience at the Venetian. It has so many cool things from the band's history like costumes, photos, and set pieces from their videos. 🧡

I took Grogu around with me to the parks the other week (complete with this little Beskar armor I 3D printed) and he was great company. We took pics, definitely ate a lot of snacks, rode some rides, and he was the best little companion.

It's Mandalorian & Grogu week and I can't wait to watch the movie on opening night!! Will you be watching this week?

I call it aggressive negotiations. 😊

sent me this Deluxe Padme costume and I couldn't be happier. As someone who usually makes their costumes, I was pleasantly surprised when I put this one on and immediately felt like I was ready to battle it out in the Geonosis arena.

This is definitely one of those ready to wear costume costumes (perfect for Celebration next year??) and I would definitely recommend it.

Let's talk about 2016.

I just realized I'm a couple days away from 10 years since finishing my last chemo treatment for breast cancer and looking back, it was definitely the year of wigs, wigs, and more wigs and then finally being set free in a strange way.

For the record, it took me about 5 years to grow back my hair to its previous length, which is also why I really didn't love when people used to say to me "it's just hair" or "it'll grow back". 😒

In the end I realized how much of a security blanket my hair was (and probably still is) but that I was much stronger than I realized. #2016

Where anyone can be anything! 🦊🐰🐍

Finally got to see Zootopia 2 over the weekend and I loved it. It was great to see old and new characters, lots of Easter eggs, and as someone who used to have pet lizards, it was great to finally see the reptiles!

Also got to put my new Tokyo Disney gear to use and wear my Judy Hopps hat from .goods. Bag charm plushies are from in Tokyo.❤️

Happy December from the other happiest place on earth! 🎄🎅🏻🎁🔔⛄️❄️

It's my favorite time of year and even though I've been having a blast traveling, I can't wait to be at home sipping my peppermint hot cocoa while watching a marathon of all my favorite Christmas movies. Tis the season!

Happy Thanksgiving from Tokyo!!

I'm super grateful to be spending Thanksgiving overseas for the first time, but tbh also a bit sad to be missing out on all the traditional festivities. 🥲BUT I have to say that the decor and merch at Tokyo Disney Resort probably makes up for it (I think??). All jokes aside, it's been one of the worst years ever, but all I can say is I'm super thankful to have my family, my loved ones, and means to do fun stuff like go to Tokyo Disneyland / Disney Sea.

If there's one thing that did go right this year was the timing of this trip just in time for the Zootopia 2 merch release at the parks as well as some of the leftover Christmas merch (yes a lot of it is already gone). As Nick is my Disney spirit animal, I definitely went a bit "wild" on the merch. I'm so sad I won't be able to watch the movie until I get home (sorry, I'm not gonna watch it dubbed in Japanese) so until then, no spoilers!

Anyways I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving and Hoppy Holidays! 🦊🐰🐍

When two holidays collide…🎃🎄

I couldn’t let the season go by without one pic in front of my beloved 12 foot skeleton who is already stepping into the Christmas season.

I made this last minute shrug/bolero inspired by the vampires in the Nightmare Before Christmas (see last reel for the DIY) and loved the way it turned out. I actually did not intend for this look to be so “fancy” but I guess that’s just how vampires are, right?
