Governor Wavinya Re organizes Machakos Executive to Boost Service Delivery.
The changes, effected by Governor Wavinya Ndeti, affect both County Executive Committee Members (CECMs) and Chief Officers.
In a circular which SUA TV Kenya can independently verify Catherine Mutanu Raphael has been moved to the powerful Docket of Finance, Economic Planning, Revenue Management and ict from the Department of Agriculture,food security, livestock and cooperative development ,as former Finance cecm Onesmas Muia Kuyu moves to Water, Irrigation, Sanitation, Environment, and Climate Change, previously held by Rita Ndunge Ndunda who shifts to Agriculture and Food Security.
Chief Officers affected include Benson Metho being reassigned from Environment and Natural Resources to Special Assignment, while Vincent Musili moves from Industry and Innovation to the Department of Energy and Rural Electrification.
