15 BASIC THINGS A MAN SHOULD KNOW👎

1. Anger is your number one enemy, let it come and go but do not let it control you.

2. You don't need people or material things to be happy. They are there to multiply the happiness you have.

4. Family consist not of only blood.

5. Brothers do not fight or quarrel for more than 24 hours. Womæn do that, not men.

6. Learning how to fight and defend yourself is a must.

7. There's no better therapy house than the gym.

8. Watch what you eat, avoid sugar, eat a whole lot of protein.

9. Go for a woman of value, where s*x and money is not the first thing she thinks of when you say commitment.

10. If she doesn't accept, her sister will, her cousin will, her best friend will. Take your chances.

11. One source of income is a No. Least amount 3.

12. Love your mother, protect and take care of her. Respect and love your father, make sure to make him proud!

13. Never call another man "dear"! Don't be g*y.

14. Being g*y as a man is stupid, you left b***s and a$$ for a thick stone hard butt.

15. Never forget to Pray everyday, morning and night. For a man with God is a man with all.

At age 20, 21+ are not easy , you lose friends, facing financial crisis, having dreams but cannot fulfill them, you fall, you fail, you hit reality, make mistakes , you lose yourself .
you see your parents getting older, having low grades and then in the end everyone hates you and you can't do anything 💔. I'm at this stage

WHY YOU SHOULD MOSTLY GOES TO CHURCH 👇👇🙏🔥
I observe that, majority of the people going to church are only going to church for three main things, for miracle, prophecy and music. And unfortunately, these are never the real reasons for a believers of Christ to be going to church for though they all are good. Both miracle and prophecy and dancing may cease soon, but the only thing that will never cease is the word of God. Why? The word of God is actually the manual of life. Therefore, as long as there is life, there must be a need to be guided. And God's life is for eternity thus man must be guided by the word of God throughout eternity. Be more interested in the word. For God watches his word to come to pass. If you have the word, miracles are sure for you, safety are sure for you, prosperity are sure for you and in fact everything you are looking for are sure for you. Praise God!.

Dear future Wife
Sweetheart when you are Pregnant, I won't allow you Do anything stressful till you deliver our baby. You don't have to bother about anything. I can handle it.
Please I don't want to see you out of bed by 5 a.m multitasking between making breakfast and doing the house chores. I will take care of that. You just watch T.V while I serve you breakfast in bed.. I know you will be going to the hospital for Antenatal, I will always be available to drive you there myself.
You can't drive yourself na. The Doctors will advise you do regular exercises to keep fit, i'll be your personal Gym instructor. On cool evenings, we'll take a stroll around the Neighbourhood and when we come back i'll massage your feet.. I heard pregnant women crave the weirdest food and sometimes strange food combination.
Even if you want to eat half done white rice with Coconut water by 3am, i'll give you. I'm equal to the task. I just don't want to see you anywhere near the kitchen. On my way back from work each day, i'll make sure I buy you enough fruits. You may not eat all but I will keep buying more! I will spoil you with gifts.
As the size of your tummy increases; i'll buy you new clothes that will fit!.. You think we are out of food stuffs? Don't worry! Write a list of the things you feel we need, i'll go to the market and buy them. While in the market i'll still call you incase you need to add more items to the list. I can't allow you go to the market, I don't want people pushing you up and down.
You don't need stress at all.
~ You want to turn on the tap in the bathroom? Call me!
~ You want to rub cream on your back? Call me!
~ You want to kill mosquito? Call me!
~ You want to open any door in the house? Call me!
~ I will be your House boy till you deliver!..
~ You may be the one carrying the baby physically but I'd ensure I carry the baby with you psychologically with all the Love and care I can give!.. oh! Lest I forget, our first child will be a Girl.. Don't Argue!..

Since Ruto has been the most mentioned name in Kenya this year, I think Oxford Dictionary should consider creating a space for him in the dictionary.
For example:
Ruto: /ru-to/ adjective: hard, difficult.Verb: ruto. Past Tense: rutoed Present Continuous: rutoing Present Perfect: rutoise
