I extend my deepest condolences to the family of Mzee Dominic Wetang'uḷa following the passing of the elder Son Retired Mwalimu James Mukhwana Wetang'uḷa. The late was an elder brother to Speaker Moses Masika Wetang'ula, E.G.H,MP Hon Tim Wanyonyi and Mr. Fred Wetang'uḷa. This loss is truly profound, and my heart goes out to the entire family during this moment of sorrow.

May the cherished memories of Mwalimu James bring you comfort, and may God grant you strength, peace, and unity as you navigate this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Wetang'uḷa family.

I wish to clearly and firmly dispel the hearsay circulating regarding my earlier message of appreciation to all stakeholders involved in my campaign. The intention behind that communication was purely to acknowledge the collective effort and support extended throughout the process. Any misinterpretation or perceived omission was unintentional, and I sincerely apologize for the errors that arose in the earlier post, as occasional inaccuracies may occur in media communication. I hold no ill motive toward anyone and remain committed to transparency and respect in all my engagements.

‎I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the unwavering support you accorded me throughout the by-election. Though the outcome was not in our favour, the effort and solidarity you demonstrated remain invaluable. As a party, this is the moment for deep reflection to return to the drawing board and objectively examine our shortcomings. This should not be a season for blame games, nor should we entertain unfounded claims that the party settled on the wrong candidate. The process was transparent, open, and fair to all.

‎This experience has offered us key lessons as a party. It is now time to unite, reassess, and strengthen our strategy moving forward. I remain firmly committed to the party, to the Speaker of the National Assembly and to the people of Kabuchai Chwele ward .
