One of the biggest game changers in my journey wasn’t money or connections — it was how I started thinking.

I used to see my shop and M-Pesa as “just a side hustle.” That thinking made me casual about it. But the day I shifted my mindset — saw it as a real business, a brand I could grow — things began to change.
