SOAP OPERA REMINDER OF THE DAY

NEW BEGINNINGS (BAGONG UMAGA)

SYNOPSIS

Diana was overwhelmed with grief after being denied a medical operation on her newborn child, resulting in the baby's death. She then sets out to inflict those she claims to be responsible for her child's death: the Veradonas. Thus, Joanna Magbanua and Catherine Veradona were the infants switched by Diana in the nursery at Buencorazon Hospital. It is later revealed that she swapped two more infants the same night: Raphael Florentino and Eduardo Ponce.

The Magbanuas, Veradonas, and Florentinos eventually learn that their infants were switched at the hospital, changing the courses of their lives upon learning of their children's true identities.

This Filipino handsome boy is called Yves Flores. He's really one in a million. He nails his roles perfectly but the problem is that, the boy is a ghost on social media. No appearances in recent soap Operas. I enjoyed his roles in A Soldier's Heart, A Mother's Guilt and in New Beginnings.

LOST HEARTS (PUSONG LIGAW)

PREMISE

Best friends Tessa and Marga vow to be friends forever,until love tears them apart. Both from poor families, their bond breaks when Caloy, Marga's ex, falls for Tessa. Marga uses Caloy's jealousy over Tessa's wealthy mentor Jaime Laurel to seduce him. Heartbroken after finding them together, Tessa flees to Manila, pregnant.

In Manila, Tessa gives birth to Rafael, but her baby is kidnapped. Devastated, she is rescued by Jaime. She later marries him, becomes a top designer behind House of Teri, and adopts a street kid named Rafa. Caloy becomes a successful engineer and reunites with Marga, now a powerful talent manager.

Years later, their lives collided at the launch of House of Teri in Manila. Old wounds spark jealousy, revenge, and obsession. The truth comes out,Jaime murdered their adopted son Rafa and manipulated everything, even hiding that Miraculo Policarpio is actually Tessa and Caloy's lost son, Rafael. In a final showdown, Jaime kidnaps Marga's son to lure Tessa. Marga sacrifices herself to save Tessa, dying from Jaime's bullet. Jaime is sent to a mental asylum, his accomplice from Leon to prison. Tessa finally finds her son and renames her brand House of Tessa, honoring Marga's dream.
