How to boost self confidence
This is a personal journey that you need to embrace and here are some tips to help you throughout the journey.
1:Set small,achievable goals for a start...this will motivate you to aim higher and grow bigger.
2:Face your fear gradually:Build courage and confront things that make you feel anxious.
3:Learn new skills:Gaining new knowledge makes you believe you can do and achieve more.
4:Surround yourself with positive people.They will encourage and uplift you when necessary.
5: Celebrate wins.No matter how small they are acknowledge your achievements because it reinforces you to believe in your abilities.
6:Practice self care.Eat well,sleep well,exercise and take yourself out.Looking and feeling good is the aim.
7: Positive self-talk.Replace negative thoughts with empowering ones.
8:Posture and body language.Stand tall,maintain eye contact and smile.This simple physical postures influence mental health positively.
