Work in Progress on Ikutha–Kanziku–Mutha–Mutomo Road

Construction kicked off on the Ikutha–Kanziku–Mutha–Mutomo road, days after President William Ruto officially launched the project in Kitui South during his recent tour of the region. Heavy machinery and road crews are now on site undertaking the initial phases of the KSh 1.27 billion project. The road, expected to open up the southern part of Kitui County, is among national investments fast-tracked by the government as part of a renewed push to accelerate infrastructure and revive previously stalled projects across the country....
