retirement. Be good to your juniors and subjects. You will not be boss forever. You will not be Governor, Senator, Women Rep ,MP or MCA forever. You will not be CEO, CECM or the CO forever. In life people respect the office more than the person. When you are retired and out of office then reality sets in. Regardless of how everyone fears you at the place of work, one day you may end up like this Lorry - abandoned and rejected. And if you were cruel and rough your pain may be worse.

✍️Respect the people you serve because being in that big office is never permanent!
✍️Respect those who are unemployed, you never know of tommorow!
✍️Stay and interact with your home people even more than those you work with, very important!
✍️Attend funerals, fundraisings, weddings, walk around and keep your relationship with them good!

Painful but it's the reality, you Bosses and friends from the city won't be there when you get sick, they'll just visit you for a day or just make a call 😔how about when you die, yes they'll send some about for the coffin and to cover other expenses☑️but will they carry you in your casket⚰️to your grave 🤷🏾‍♂️the unswer is automatically NO,they won't even touch your coffin, infact some will leave before knowing how you were burried😤 immediately after or before the last prayer..
How about your homies, relatives and friends🤷🏾‍♂️trust me, these people won't even wear clean ✊they'll cook, dig out your grave, feed your wealthy friends, then finally carry you to your grave and make sure that you are covered well 😔🙏they again will stay and be visiting your family🙏those ones you call your friends, Rich from the city and workmates will never step at your village again🙏
