I’ve seen younger and older women celebrating Pauline Njoroge saying life begins at 40 and that they too will find love in their 40s.

Dear ladies, finding love at 40 is as hard as trying to ma******te using kerosene; very difficult. To find love at that age, you must be of high value, very intelligent, and well monied. High-value men are only found in their spaces i.e big offices, hotels, golf clubs, car yards, etc and you must match that vibe to get one in your 40s.

And also remember that you must bring more than just big rears to the table, because big buttocks are only appreciated by poor men and walahoi. Eloi!

If you’re in your 30s just taking keg in Muthurwa market, chasing ohangla every weekend, smoking sh**ha like a massey fergusson tractor, taking dry shots left right, and spending the whole day demonizing men while waiting for love at 40, you’ll only see that love on VIUSASA. Men will just be stretching your diameter and adding your body count. A word to the wise is enough; change or perish.

Let me just close this update with a Kiambu Town proverb that says, “A woman who allows people to taste her food before buying ends up feeding the whole village without selling even a single plate.”

Jane Omusula joined AMREF Flying Doctors in 2021 as part of the flight medical crew. Her promising life ended tragically yesterday when the organization’s helicopter crashed in Mwihoko. Friends and colleagues remember her as outgoing, warm, and full of life.

She held a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in critical care, from the University of Nairobi. Jane was also a certified provider and instructor for the American Heart Association’s advanced life support courses, a testament to her dedication to saving lives.

Her passing leaves a deep void in the medical community and among those who knew her personally. Jane ne chuny nyathi ndi ( heärt of a çhild) May her soul find eternal peace and her legacy of service continue to inspire.

I may not be a parenting expert, but this kind of parenting has to stop! We all know she’s single, hardworking, and independent, but this is not right at all.
