4. Repeat the process of asking why and writing down the answer a total of seven times.

5. Reflect on the answers you've written down and look for patterns or deeper causes that emerge.

6. Use this deeper understanding to create a plan of action and tackle the problem.

Dig deeper, discover the root causes, and change your mindset.
