In Simenya sub location Makongeni estate behind HOMAWASCO offices near Karens home on the shore of lake Victoria lies a poor sewarage disposal that enters directly in the lake .That is where area residents also fetch water for domestic use .this may result to outbreak of waterborne diseases. As this continue to occur for over a month ,the matter should be taken seriously by HOMAWASCO and county government for repair of the sewage manhole. Ligisa comprehensive school in Kochia Ward Rangwe sub county . Hii ni ECD classrooms in bad learning condition and the school is few kilometres from Governor Wanga matrimonial home .even though Governor has a plan named Ondoa Kaunda initiative for ECD classes coin has not yet been tossed on Ligisa comprehensive school. The National Youth Council (NYC) elections will proceed! This crucial exercise reaffirms Kenya's commitment to youth empowerment and democratic inclusion.
Key Information from the PS:
1. The NYC elections were previously postponed but are now back on track after the Cabinet approved a memorandum to hold them.
2. The election process will involve nominations, followed by Ward Level Elections (youth in each ward vote for 6 leaders - 3 male, 3 female, resulting in 8,700 Ward Delegates nationwide).
3. These Ward Delegates will then elect Constituency Delegates (1 male, 1 female from each constituency, totaling 580) to represent their region at the National Youth Congress.
4. Finally, the National Youth Congress will elect 8 Council Members and nominate up to 8 others to be appointed by the Cabinet Secretary. Additionally, 31 substitute members will be nominated.

Eligibility Requirements for Youth:
* Under 35 years old on 31st December of the election year.
* At least a secondary/high school certificate.
* Police clearance certificate or recommendation from area Chief.
* Meet Chapter 6 of the constitution on leadership and integrity.
* Consideration for People living with disability.
