For years, floods at Kamukuri cut off villages, schools, and markets. Today, the new bridge finally connects Mwangaza, Kulamawe, Milimani, Kambi Juu, and Waso schools.
What once claimed lives, swept away motorcycles, and blocked children from school has now been replaced by safe passage for people, vehicles, and livestock.
