This is PATRICK ANALO, the Chief Officer for Urban Development & Planning in Nairobi County. Huko kwa SAKAJA.

I don't know who snitched on him but the guy was keeping serious cash in his house. Some said it was Kshs 250M and others Kshs 65.3M. He couldn't trust Mpesa or Banks to keep it for him. He wanted to see it every time he woke up.

Reminds me of the first time I got a bank account. I honestly thought they would swallow my first salary. So when my employer sent the salary I ran straight to the bank, withdrew all of it and went home with fresh bank notes. I would even wake up at night to touch it. A few days later I took it back to the bank, this time fearing the walls in my house.

SO PAINFUL šŸ˜£
Its 6.20 AM and a student boards a Nicco Sacco Bus, KDV 713J. He is rushing to school and is carrying a bag and is in uniform. He is traveling from Thika towards Nairobi.

But there is a problem, and he doesn't know it, yet.

He forgot his bus fare in the house while trying to rush ju alikua amechelewa na ilibidi atoke mbio.

Huyu ni stude wa highschool so hana phone ati anaeza lipa na M-Pesa. Kidogo kidogo, conductor anaanza kuitisha doo, na eventually anafikia kijanaa.

Kijanaa kufungua wallet, anapigwa na butwaa. Kitu Iko hapo ndani ni student I'd tu. Pesa imebaki tu hapo kwa meza. Kijanaa anajaribu kuambia donda, "cheki buda....walai nimesahau doo kwa meza..."

Donda naye haezi skia kitu. Anadai hizi tricks anazijua na k**a kijana hatoi pesa itabidi amrushe nje...mind you hii ni bus Iko na watu k**a 30. Wote wamenyamaza tu wakicheki kijana akipambana na ngori yake.

Punde si punde donda anafungua mlango na kurusha kijanaa nje. The fall is bad, na kijana ana-pass. R.I.P

This is the home of Musa Kihara, a bold 5-year-old boy known from the Kwambae clip.
Behind the camera, beyond the clip, reality unfolds.

A fragile wooden toilet stands just a few steps from the house, its entrance covered not by a door, but by an old red leso, loosely tied to offer the slightest sense of privacy.

The kitchen if it can still be called one sits cold and abandoned. It tells its own story the last meal cooked there feels like it belonged to another time.

The house itself is built from worn-out timber and rusty iron sheets, creaking under the weight of years and hardship.

Inside, there are no proper beds only old, rugged clothes spread across the floor, serving as both mattress and blanket.
