Nobody tells you this... but success doesn't usually come with applause at the beginning.
Most people will ignore your efforts when you're learning. They'll laugh when you fail. They'll doubt you when you're struggling. But the same people may cheer for you after you succeed.
So don't work for applause. Work for progress.
Every skill you build today, every book you read, every mistake you learn from, and every time you refuse to quit is an investment in the future version of yourself.
