How to confined a properly confined meeting.
Summary
A properly convened meeting must have:
✔️ At least 7–14 days notice
✔️ Clear and detailed notice
✔️ Wide and effective communication
✔️ Accessible venue and time
✔️ Full disclosure of information
✔️ Genuine participation (not formality)
✔️ Proper records (minutes, attendance)
