Hello ,
My name is Clement Owino a local tour guide from Kibera Slum, Nairobi, Kenya. Through my work, I help visitors understand our humble community, and 50% of what we earn goes back into supporting local programs through our charity organization like feeding children, education, arts, and youth empowerment.
Right now, tourism is very low because it is a low season.it may become even harder to support my family. I’ve also just become a new father, which makes this moment both joyful and challenging.
I’ve started a small GoFundMe through a friend who was once our guest to help me launch a simple side business here in the community so I can continue supporting my family and stay involved in the work I love.
