To the former CS and seasoned political figures seeking another comeback — hear this clearly:
Our Gen Z had spoken.
This young people are extreamly intelligent.
They are informed.
They are bold.
They are not moved by recycled titles or past positions.
This generation is asking hard questions about performance, accountability, and integrity. They are not impressed by old networks or political nostalgia. They want measurable results, transparency, and leaders who understand the future — not the past.
If the people have expressed dissatisfaction, why not take it with humility?
Leadership is also knowing when to step aside.
Leadership is recognizing when your season has passed.
Leadership is mentoring the next generation instead of competing with it.
If you had your opportunity and failed to convince the public, perhaps the honorable path is not another political battle — but dignified retirement and space for fresh ideas.
Gen Z is not anti-leadership.
They are anti-nonperformance.
The future belongs to leaders who deliver, adapt, and inspire trust — not those trying to relaunch yesterday’s politics.
The message is simple:
Respect the will of the people.
Respect the voice of the youth.
And if the ground has shifted, move with dignity.
