UPDATE: President Ruto has appointed Gabriel Oguda to a 5-member team to oversee the NADCO report implementation.

Others include:

1. Agnes Zani - Chairperson

2. Fatuma Ibrahim Member

3. Kevin Kiarie - Member

4. Gabriel Oguda - Member

5. Javas Bigambo - Member

The team will track progress on the 10-point deal between Ruto and Raila.

The MoU aimed to address enduring challenges to Kenya's nationhood through the following key commitments:

1. Full implementation of the NADCO Report.

2. Inclusivity in all spheres of public life.

3. Protecting and strengthening devolution.

4. Promoting and protecting the livelihood of the youth.

5. Leadership and integrity.

6. The right to peaceful assembly as enshrined under Article 37 of the Constitution of Kenya; and compensation for victims of protests and Riots.

7. The National debt.

8. Fight against corruption.

9. Stopping wastage of public resources and promoting Government efficiency.

10. Protecting and promoting sovereignty of the people, rule of law, and Constitutionalism.
