And it hurts, because you expected support, not resistance. But growth will always feel lonely when you start choosing progress over comfort. So keep rising anyway—because escaping crab mentality isn’t selfish, it’s necessary, and outgrowing people is not betrayal, it’s proof that you’re no longer willing to live a life that keeps you small just to make others feel big.
