A Bank teller, Gilbert Kiptoo Lelon from the Kahawa branch, was on Friday charged with stealing over KSh 1.2 million, allegedly taking KSh 800,000 from a customer’s account on August 11, 2024, and KSh 454,000 from the bank the next day. And played AVIATOR and lost all.
He denied the charges and will remain in custody until August 19, 2025, pending a pre-bail report.

The Bodies of the 26 who perished in the last week's NAKI school Bus accident at Coptic Round About mamboleo will be laid to rest this weekend, the bodies are set to leave the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral morgue tomorrow 15th for a mass before being transfered to Nyakach Kisumu County where they will be laid to rest on Saturday 16th.
