'WELCOME TO OUR PAGE'- LIUDU Radio. “Liudu” Means Rainbow in Luo. This is a Bow that we uses to protect Luo Communities from all types of Harm/Dangers that can affect their lives wherever they are, we Educate and Entertain (Edutainment) on how they can be safe from all types of Harm/Dangers, apart from normal entertainment

It was initiated by Liudu Community Based Organization to create awareness on the:

1. Dangers of Drug abuse,

2. Campaign to these communities to STOP Gender Base Violence against Women & Girls,

3. Advocate for Girl Child Education, Campaign to these communities to STOP early marriages to their young girls,

4. Campaign to these communities on the dangers/effects of HIV/AIDS,

5. Advocate for Gender Equality in Emergencies,

6. Campaign to these communities to STOP Deforestation,

7. Campaign to these communities to STOP poaching instead conserve any kind of Wild animal,

8. Teach the Communities on ways to protect themselves from: -

(a) Malaria,

(b) COVID -19 Pandemic,

(c) Cholera,

(d) Ebola Etc.,

9. Teach the Communities on good ways on how to be self-employed: -

(a) Poultry farming,

(b) Dairy Goat farming,

(c) Trees planting,

(d) Fish farming,

(e) Art work for the talented –making different products using local available materials e.g. Egg Shell, Cocoa-nut husk, etc.
