The episode opens with shock in the Bajwa house. Parineet freezes when she sees her mother, Gurpreet, quietly packing her bags to leave without warning. She rushes forward, blocking her path, and asks through tears why sheβs leaving so suddenly.
Gurpreetβs eyes fill up. She tells her daughter she canβt stand watching her suffer in silence anymore. She understands that Parineet is giving up her own happiness to keep everyone else happy, but as a mother, she canβt bear to see her child living in pain. Parineet insists she isnβt doing this for Sanju, but for Neeti. The Bajwa family already treats Neeti like their daughter-in-law, and Parineet believes Neeti isnβt to blame for whatβs happened. Gurpreet responds sadly that no one in that house truly cares about Parineetβs happiness. In their eyes, all that matters is getting an heir for the family.
Parineet begs her mother to stay, but Gurpreet stands firm. Before walking out, she tells Parineet that her home will always be open, and she can return anytime she feels unhappy. Unbeknownst to them, Bebe and Sukhwinder are standing nearby and overhear the entire emotional conversation.
Bebe pulls Sukhwinder aside and whispers that Neeti is refusing to see the truth because Parineet is cleverly manipulating both Sanju and Neeti. She fills Sukhwinderβs mind with doubts about Parineet and then reveals she has a new plan that will destroy the bond between Parineet and Neeti for good. Sukhwinder agrees to back her up.
Later, Sukhwinder walks up to Gurpreet and casually asks if sheβs really leaving. Gurpreet replies that her purpose there is finished. Sukhwinder smirks and deliberately drags her into pointless gossip to delay her departure. Meanwhile, Parineet, heartbroken, asks Parminder to talk Gurpreet out of leaving. Parminder gently explains that Gurpreetβs pain is natural. No mother can tolerate seeing her daughter suffer. She reminds Parineet how devastated she herself felt after learning the truth about Sanju, so she understands why Gurpreet wants to leave.
At the same time, Bebe gives Sukhwinder a secret signal that her distraction tactic has worked.
In another part of the house, Gurinder excitedly tells Neeti she wants to gift her a diamond necklace because sheβs now the official daughter-in-law. Neeti lights up with joy. But Gurpreet watches silently from a distance, hurt, because she knows the necklace rightfully belongs to Parineet.
Just then, staff from the jewelry shop arrive to polish the necklace. Gurinder asks Parineet to fetch it from the cupboard. Before she can, Gurpreet announces sheβs leaving now. The whole family pleads with her to stay a little longer.
Inside, Neeti feels victorious, convinced sheβs finally claiming the rights of a daughter-in-law and Parineet canβt take them away. Gurpreet, however, is quietly heartbroken, thinking the necklace belongs to her daughter by right, not Neeti. Parminder also feels uneasy and is disappointed by Gurinderβs actions.
Then comes the shocking twist. Parineet suddenly announces that the necklace is missing.
Bebe hides a secret smile because her plan worked. She deliberately knocks Gurpreetβs bag to the floor, and everyone gasps when a jewelry box tumbles out.
Gurinder turns on Gurpreet, reminding everyone she had already decided to give the necklace to Neeti. Bebe starts dropping hints and questions why Gurpreet is so eager to rush back to Barnala. Gurpreet grows angry and demands to know what Bebe is implying.
Without hesitation, Bebe openly accuses Gurpreet of stealing the necklace. Gurinder begins to doubt her too, which breaks Parminderβs heart. Gurpreet swears she didnβt take anything. Through tears, she tells Parineet that after sacrificing everything for this family, theyβre now humiliating her mother like a thief.
Parineet stands up fiercely for Gurpreet. She says their family is financially secure, so thereβs no reason for her mother to steal. Even Neeti defends Gurpreet, saying she canβt believe she would do something like that.
But Bebe keeps attacking, saying some people steal out of habit even when they have everything. Sukhwinder joins in, calling it shameful for a guest to behave this way in Neetiβs in-lawsβ home.
Neeti defends Gurpreet again, saying sheβs never treated her and Parineet differently. Still, Bebe keeps demanding answers about how the necklace ended up in Gurpreetβs bag. The truth is, Bebe planted it there herself to ruin Gurpreet and Parineetβs reputation forever.
Parineet is devastated seeing her mother insulted publicly because of her. She loses her patience and angrily defends Gurpreet against everyone. Sukhwinder continues interrogating her like a criminal while Bebe adds more humiliation.
Parineet asks Sukhwinder how she can accuse Gurpreet after years of friendship. Neeti replies emotionally that she believes Gurpreet is innocent, but sometimes friendship itself can turn into betrayal. Her words cut deep into Parineet.
Suddenly, everyone is stunned when the police arrive at the house.
At the same time, Sanju gets a call from the police station. The constable tells him he must come immediately to complete paperwork for his case. Sanju agrees and gets ready to leave.
