Have you ever stayed in a job that drained you mentally, physically, and emotionally?

In my latest blog, I share my experience of working in a toxic job, long hours, no breaks, a controlling boss, and constant disrespect. It was a wake-up call to prioritize my mental health and self-respect over desperation.

What I learned:
1. Desperation can lead you into unhealthy situations.
2. Your mental and physical well-being are non-negotiable.
3. Walking away isn't weakness, it's self love.

Yesterday, I treated myself to a sauna session at Sawan hotel in Bungoma, and wow, what an experience! My skin feels incredibly smooth, I feel so refreshed and energized. It was the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with myself. Highly recommend it!
