I don't know how strong you've been; I don't know the challenges you have gone through, I don't know the battles you've fought silently, spiritually and even mentally. I don't understand your life. I don't know your background, I don't know your personality I only know your name. For all you've gone through I pray for strength. Good morning to you all.

The Aberdare Ranges, locally known as Nyandarua, rise majestically in central Kenya, forming part of the eastern escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Stretching about 160 kilometers north to south, the range lies roughly 80 kilometers north of Nairobi and spans Nyandarua, Nyeri, Murang’a, Kiambu, and Laikipia counties.
At its highest point, Mount Satima reaches 4,000 meters above sea level, while other peaks such as Kinangop which is about 3,900 m and Kipipiri which is also about 3,347 m add to its rugged skyline. These heights make the Aberdares one of Kenya’s most significant uplands.
The name “Aberdare” was given during colonial times in honor of Lord Aberdare, a British noble. Yet the Kikuyu name Nyandarua, meaning “a drying hide,” captures the folded silhouette of the range, resembling stretched animal skin.
Beyond its striking beauty, the Aberdare Ranges serve as a vital water catchment, feeding rivers like the Tana and Athi and supplying dams that provide water and hydroelectric power to Nairobi. The ranges also host rich biodiversity, including elephants, leopards, black rhinos, and the endangered mountain bongo.

Africa is known of it's warm and tropical climate but there are countries in Africa that experience freezing temperatures, snowfall, and cold winters due to high mountains and altitude. The four coldest countries in Africa are Lesotho, South Africa, Morocco, and Algeria.
Lesotho
Lesotho is the coldest country in Africa. Its high mountains experience snowfall and temperatures below -20°C during winter. The country is also home to Afriski, one of Africa’s famous ski resorts.
South Africa
South Africa experiences cold winters in areas such as the Drakensberg Mountains and Sutherland. Some regions record temperatures below -15°C and receive snowfall during winter. Morocco
Morocco becomes very cold in the Atlas Mountains and the town of Ifrane. Temperatures can fall below -10°C, with heavy snowfall common during winter.
Algeria
Northern Algeria and the Aurès Mountains experience freezing winters and snowfall. Temperatures can drop below -8°C in some mountainous region. These countries show that Africa is not only hot and tropical but also home to snowy mountains and extremely cold weather during winter.

So in this adulting stuff there's no mid term break 😂 or I'm just overthinking.
