As the Deputy President under Uhuru, Ruto presided over the passing of retrogressive legislation weakening the Constitution. In his four years as president, he runs government operations from State House Kenya weakening functionality of independent instructions through executive interference or financial dis Empowerment and so on.
Not long after he took office, his lapdogs like Cherargei began pushing the idea of extending the term limit of elected leaders....now, the president while meeting UDA and ODM legislatures in Naivasha and during the launch of Beyond 2030 is, in as subtle way re introducing the conversation of Term limits to the presidency 'in order to protect long term plans'. For another instance, the president imagines, he is the only only with the ability to implement Beyond 2030."
Kenyans do not need a new constitution, Kenyans need a new president!
